AnswerStep 1. Purchase Your Crystal- Complete your order with all option fields, remember your order number.
Step 2. Upload Your Photo- Email your photo (Max Image Size 5MG, jpg, png, tiff, gif, bmp) to photos@cubecrystal.com, be sure to put your full name, order number, email address, phone number, special instructions beside option fields, we will contact you if necessary. Top of Page

QuestionHow soon will you process my order?

AnswerAll orders will be processed within the same day, all stocked items will ship out on the same day or next day, custom-made items will ship out in about 3 to 4 business days. Top of Page

QuestionWhat if I want a specific layout?

AnswerIf you have a specific layout in mind, we encourage you to share your idea with us. You can email to photos@cubecrystal.com to describe in detail where you want the image and text placed on the crystal with your drew mockup if you have one, we will contact you to discuss more. Top of Page

QuestionCan I change my order?

Answer You can change your order as long as it has not been processed. Processed orders have already been sent to our designers and cannot be changed. If you decide to change your order, contact Customer Service immediately at 1-626-330-2970. One of our Customer Service reps will let you know the status of your order and if you can change it. QuestionCan I cancel my order?

Answer Since the crystals are personalized, we can only cancel an order before it is processed. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us via phone or email as early as possible and we will let you know if the order can be cancelled. Top of Page

QuestionDo you offer rush service?

No, we do not. Since every order is customized, the 2-3 processing time is standard. Top of Page

QuestionCan I get volume discount for quantity dozen or more?

Answer Yes, please call or email us for quantity discount pricing, make sure you have item# with you. Top of Page

QuestionDo you accept Purchase Orders?

Answer Yes, we do. If you are gorverment, malitary or schools, email or fax your PO to 626-330-7567. If you are an company, we need you to fax trade & bank reference first for our accounting department to review, once it is approved, we will notice you to email or fax your PO. Top of Page

Question How do I order if I am from the countries other than USA?

Answer Since we provide $10 flat rate shipping to our US customers, we cannot afford to provide the same rate to all international customers, if you are from countries other than USA, please email us with your items, quantity need and perferred shipping method, we will reply you with the shipping quote and payment method. Question Does CubeCrystal.com accept phone, fax, or regular mail orders?

QuestionCan I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted online?

AnswerNo. Once an order is submitted online it cannot be amended or edited. You will need to contact us, by calling CubeCrystal.com customer service at 1-626-330-2970 so that we can cancel the order. Any amendments will have to be in the form a new order on our website. But if it is a phone order, faxed order or mailed order, please call us before we ship the order out, we will do our best to fulfill your needs. Top of Page

QuestionApproximately how long does it generally take to process an order?

Answer All orders placed with Ground shipping will be processed and shipped within 24 hours from time of purchase. Orders placed with Next day air, 2nd day air, or 3 day select must be submitted by 2pm PST for same day shipping (shipping times excludes weekends, and holidays). Top of Page

QuestionMay I combine two separate orders to save on shipping costs?

Answer We do combine orders for you over the phone to save on your shipping costs. Please be advised that we cannot cancel any order(s) once our warehouses have processed it. Top of Page

QuestionCan cancelled orders be reactivated?

Answer Yes. Cancelled orders can be replaced by calling us at 1-626-330-2970. Top of Page

QuestionWhat happens if/when an item is out of stock?

Answer You cannot order an item which is out of stock, please call us at 1-626-330-2970 to get the estimated time of arrival for that item. In the meantime, we will give you the replacement suggestion. You will be noticed by e-mail when that item will be restocked, and please feed back to us with your final decision. Top of Page

QuestionWhat should I do if an item is missing from my order?

Answer Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), call customer service immediately at 1-626-330-2970 and a representative will be more than happy to assist you. Top of Page

Question How do I order internationally?

Answer There is no way that you can order online internationally, unless you are from Canada. All the international order has to be sent by e-mail, you will get noticed by e-mail with the shipping information (services and fees) and our bank information, please wire the total amount to our bank account; we will process your order right after we got the money.
