Submit Image Guide:

Step 1. Purchase Your Crystal – Complete your order with all option fields, remember your order number.
Step 2. Upload Your Photo – Email your photo (Max Image Size 5MG, jpg, png, tiff, gif, bmp) to photos@cubecrystal.com, be sure to put your full name, order number, email address, phone number, special instructions beside option fields, we will contact you if necessary.

♣ You may mail your picture to us and we will scan it for you – We will scan your photo without additional charge. Any photo sent to us will be returned with the final product. Engraving Guideline:

♣ Difference between headshot and whole image:The headshot only shows a person’s body part above shoulder (mostly head, part of shoulder) while the whole image shows a person’s whole body (including head, body, arm, leg, foot, etc.).
♣ We want your images to look great on our crystal so on many of the crystals we provide a recommended number of figures (people, animals, and inanimate objects) that will look best. This recommendation can vary based on the shape and size of the crystal. Our recommendations will provide the best spacing of your image on the crystal. For the best results, we suggest following the recommended number of figures we provide.
♣ With small and medium crystals, we usually cannot add more figures because of space limitations; it would negatively affect the detail and clarity of the engraved image. With larger crystals, you do have the option of adding more figures for an additional fee. Use our Contact Us page to ask us questions.
♣ With less figures per crystal the figure looks bigger and stronger.
♣ It is not mandatory to buy Light Base, but highly recommended for enhancing the engraving effect.
