Our goal is to provide high quality products and merchandise at a great price with outstanding customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances when you are not satisfied with your purchase.

What you can return by when & how?
You may return items within 21 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Please return items in their original packaging. All components including manuals and documents must be returned.
Item(s) must be returned within 10 days after request RMA. Damaged items cannot be returned.
All Returns or Exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number posted clearly on the outside of the return package or box. NO EXCEPTIONS!
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number within 21 days after you receive the order, to obtain an RMA number: Please call 1-626-330-2970, Mon – Fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm (PST), or send us an email to anytime.
Please indicate your order number and specific items you are returning and the reason for the return or exchange. Unauthorized items returned to CubeCrystal.Com NOT originally requested will be returned or refused at sender’s expense.
For your protection, we suggest customers use a traceable shipping company, such as, UPS or FedEx. The ability to track your package will help guarantee your return gets handled safely.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Customer Service Center. For both of the exchange and the refund return options.

Who pays for return shipping cost?
In instances where a return or exchange is needed because of an error made by us, we will gladly pay the return shipping costs. We do not feel customers should have to pay for our mistakes.
When the error does not lie with us, the customer must then pay all costs related to return shipping. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you the due amount.

Restocking Fee
There is a restocking fee of 15% on returns for refund. Including the customer makes the wrong order and is willing to return or the item is not defective but you just do not want it. We are willing to replace the defective item.
